  • onion

  • celery

  • matchstick carrots

  • garlic, minced

  • Italian seasoning

  • flour

  • chicken broth

  • heavy cream

  • potato gnocchi

  • rotisserie chicken

  • spinach

  • balsamic vinegar

  • Parmesan cheese

  • red pepper flakes

  • salt & pepper

Olive Garden inspired…

First off, grab out your crockpot and let’s get started. Add butter, onion, celery, matchstick carrots, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, flour, chicken broth, rotisserie chicken and balsamic vinegar to a crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on high(low 4-6 hours.) Add in heavy cream, gnocchi, spinach and parmesan cheese for the last 20-30 minutes or so. Mix together. Serve with baguettes!
