Honey Garlic Chicken Meatballs
Sweet, savory, and made for busy nights—these honey garlic chicken meatballs are a total weeknight win. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and kid-approved, they come together fast and disappear even faster. Perfect for dinner, leftovers, or meal prep for the week ahead.
INGREDIENTS
ground chicken
panko breadcrumbs
egg
minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
honey
soy sauce
olive oil
Sticky, sweet, garlicky goodness.
First off, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Roll into 1 inch meatballs, 15-20 total. Next for the glaze, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil and mixed garlic. Spray parchment paper and line a baking sheet with it. Cook meatballs for 30 minutes, rotating them halfway through. For the last 3 minutes or so, brush the glaze over the meatballs to carmelize. Make sure the internal temp of the meatballs is 165 degrees. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy! We like to serve these with baked sweet potatoes and crispy cauliflower.
Enjoy :)
