Homemade Chex Mix
There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about a big bowl of homemade Chex Mix—warm from the oven, buttery, perfectly seasoned, and impossible to stop snacking on. This version is my go-to for parties, movie nights, and honestly any day when I’m craving something crunchy and savory. A hearty blend of Corn and Rice Chex, Cheese-Its, and pretzel snaps gets coated in melted Land O’ Lakes butter, Worcestershire sauce, and a simple mix of seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. It bakes up golden, toasty, and deeply flavorful—far better than anything you can buy in a bag. Once you try it, you’ll want to keep a batch on hand all week long.
INGREDIENTS

Rice Chex cereal
Cheese-it
Pretzel snaps
Land O Lakes®️ Butter

How to make it
Let’s go! Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large roasting pan, add cereals, cheese-its, and pretzels; set aside. Now, in a small microwaveable bowl, microwave butter until melted. Add in seasonings and mix. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes; stirring every 15 minutes; until lightly brown and crispy. Once it is done, spread out onto parchment paper and let cool. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
